1. Return & Refund Policy Overview

2. Digital Products - No Returns/Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded, activated, or accessed. This includes:

- License keys and access credentials
Exception: If a digital product is defective or fails to deliver as promised, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Physical Goods - Returns Within 30 Days
Physical products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the product meets the following conditions:
- Product is in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging and documentation are included
- Product shows no signs of wear or damage from customer use
- All seals and original packaging are intact
4. How to Return a Physical Product
To return a physical product:
- Contact our customer service team with your order details
- Obtain a return authorization (RA) number
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging
- Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
5. Non-Returnable Physical Items
The following physical items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products showing signs of wear or customer damage
- Items with missing original packaging
- Products without a valid receipt or order number
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical product:
- We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection within 5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photographic evidence
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- For digital products, provide replacement immediately upon notification
